• Setup, maintain and keep all financial records in QuickBooks• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, weekly) to ACI Management• Update and follow-up the identified budget for weekly and monthly periods• Oversee and upgrade ACI administration and HR• Coordinate and assist with Proposal team when required• Salary distribution to ACI Staff• Prepare invoices for clients• Oversee the day to day functions of the office• Paying and transferring the taxes• Tracking the accounting and admin bookkeeping• Updating ACI official documents (i.e. registration license) with government• Ensuring the company budget is compliant with financial policy and procedures as imposed by international standards and selected clients.• Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of all financial submissions from the company• Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions• Assess and wherever achievable improve the ACI Financial Information System to be responsive to project needs.• Preparing reports/budgets as required and submitting relevant information and recommendations for improvement and/or change to top management on and ongoing basis.
