• Compile and update employee files in electronic and paper formats to maintain accurate records and responsible for the employee database at all times.
• Spearhead full recruitment cycle from posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates and preparing and sending offer letters.
• Facilitates onboarding of new employees by providing induction, answering questions and processing visas in coordination with the PRO, enrolling in the group medical insurance and assisting in opening employee bank.
• Manage the exit formalities and conducting exit interviews to comply with release procedures in connection with terminations/resignations.
• Responsible for drafting and sending internal circulars on various matters as approved by the Management like changes in the HR Policies, procedures or any other matter that has to be communicated to the employees.
