About Anila George

In my current role as the HR Executive at ST Group LLC, a holding company for several subsidiary companies operating in multi-faceted industries and distinguished by its rich legacy, I have gained exposure in core human resource functions, including but not limited to, handling the employee life cycle, payroll management, recruitment, employee benefits management, employee relations, in alignment with the UAE labor laws. I am on the pursuit of continued improvement, to expand my knowledge in the area of human resource management, with an aim of positioning myself as a HR business partner.
