Current• Responsible for handling full recruitment life cycle, working with direct as well as Tier-1 clients. • Oversee development and growth of our client base by marketing our respective staffing services to target businesses. • Providing ongoing rapport and excellent customer service to existing clients sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder) • Making job postings on the Job Portal. • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) Position. • Building sales primarily via cold calling and prospecting potential customers.• Identifying and capturing a decision maker’s interest to overcome objections and begin the sales process. • Supporting marketing efforts with sales presentations and demonstrations.
