 In charge of handling activities allied with overall financial transactions, underwriting files and distribution operations (DOPS – Advisor Servicing). Addressing the walk-in customers and resolving matters related to any of their queries, requests and complaints. Drafting and maintaining of MIS reports pertain to any requests, complaints and queries.
