During my time as a Data Analyst at Fibabanka, I gained extensive experience in the core business processes and customer relationship management areas of banking.I took on active roles in critical operational areas of the bank, such as:• Customer Management,• Customer Process Management,• Video Banking,• Customer Acquisition,• Customer Experience,• Insurance,• Overdraft Accounts (KMH),• Individual Loans,• Deposit Products,• Open Banking,• Service Banking.In this scope, I was responsible for various projects aimed at optimizing business processes.Additionally, I worked on Data Warehouse (DWH) Architecture, Modeling, Data Analysis, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. During this time, I produced effective solutions in the processing and analysis of data. I used Power BI to visualize the results of the analysis in a clear and impactful way and presented these insights to business units. Furthermore, I automated existing Power BI reports to improve process efficiency.The tools I actively used are as follows:• PL-SQL: I interacted with databases by writing and optimizing complex queries.• Power BI: I used it as a powerful tool for data visualization and reporting.• PowerDesigner: I employed this tool in data modeling processes to organize and structure the data.• ODI (Oracle Data Integrator): I actively used ODI to understand ETL processes and organize data models.• OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition): I utilized OBIEE to develop business intelligence solutions and conduct in-depth data analysis, creating reports through this tool.Through these tools and processes, I provided data-driven solutions to the bank's various business units, enabling strategic and operational decision-making.
