1. Employment law: Work undertaken includes dealing with enquiries from potential clients and running cases for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and discrimination claims. This includes preparing the ET1 claim form, drafting the grounds of complaint, preparing the schedule of loss, dealing with disclosure, drafting witness statements and negotiating settlements. 2. Litigation: Work undertaken includes dealing with enquiries from potential clients and the running of files for a variety of matters including debt recovery and consumer issues.3. Professional negligence: Work undertaken includes dealing with enquiries from potential clients and assessing claims.

1. Commercial property work previously undertaken included: a) acting on behalf of clients entering leases or granting leases of commercial properties; b) acting on behalf of clients acquiring or disposing of commercial properties; and c) providing commercial property support on corporate department deals (both share and business sale/purchases).2. Property finance work previously undertaken included: a) acting on behalf of bank and building society clients advancing monies to borrowers for commercial property re-finance or acquisitions. b) acting for a high street bank which offered Shariah Law compliant finance to customers looking to acquire commercial property.
