- Management of all quality processes & quality team- To provide managed and support to the departments risk management process- Evaluation of quality process performance criteria (KPI)- Performing internal and external audits- Management of corrective and preventive actions- Implementation and management of quality control tools within the factory (FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, PPAP, SPC, Gage R&R etc.)- Managing ISO 9001 activities- Implementation of problem solving methods according to quality management systems- Customer complaint management and keeping informed to related departments- Performing processes such as maintenance, calibration and verification of equipment- Leading to departments for root cause analyze studies whit 5 why, fishbone and 8D technics- Contribute to product development studies- Process auditing and analyzing a variety of manufacturing processes to focus reliability and process control
