-Analyzing the needs of an organization and developing effective methods to use database systems according to their needs and specifications and ensuring the reporting processes be automated and work precisely.-Plan, coordinate, develop and support ETL processes on SSIS including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation, and long-term preparedness. -Forecasting and distributing annual business targets of Garanti BBVA at region/branch/portfolio levels and considering the line of business and distribution channel shares, with respect to possible business trends and related KPIs.-Building and managing financial databases and preparing financial reports for internal use.-Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.-Conducting monthly and quarterly investor presentations and investor reports. -Meeting reporting requirements by scheduled dates for Trustee, Moody's, S&P, CMB and being involved with Rating Agencies due diligence process-Providing timely responses and reports to investors and internal/external counterparties.-Conducting internal and external audit reviews for Covered Bonds.

- Spreading and analyzing companies' financial statements, calculating repayment ability, and preparing written reports to facilitate sound credit decisions.- Analyzing collateral adequacy with respect to credit structure and type of loan.- To analyze guarantors as needed to support credit underwriting.- Providing expertise in underwriting, structuring, and documenting new and renewal credits.- Identifying, gathering, and analyzing relevant information to assess credit risk, establishing the viability of sources of repayment, and determining appropriate loan structures.- Performing servicing reviews and supporting the management of the assigned portfolio to identify and minimize risk to the Bank.- To monitor loan covenants and collateral requirements on existing loan relationships.- Managing loan relationships by underwriting reviews, renewals, and modifications transactions in accordance with the bank’s credit policies.

- Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to clients- Conducting loan portfolio research to determine credit quality, character and soundness including, but not limited to analysis of financial statements, industry analysis, management assessment, etc.- Generating financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status.- Comparing liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of establishments being evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industries and geographic locations.- Analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.- Producing Balance Sheet and cash flow statement as required.- Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them- Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios through computer programs

-Assisting to coordinate and the design, wording, and content of the SAP user Manuel-Providing guidance on end-user documentation.-Testing practically some business processes in the development system.-Supporting to prepare documentation process related to completed development.-Preparing weekly report and presenting it to managers about completed works in the last week and things to do next week.-Assisting to contact SAP consultants and setting essential business meetings.-Following and getting information about the current business processes in the company.

-Assisting the daily operations under the Planning & Business Development department. -Learning and practicing basic SAP sales and distribution module.-Reporting and tracking daily dealership agreements, business alliances, and vendor relationships. -Compiling weekly financial reports of autogas sales.-Coordinating sales on a regional basis with the Planning and Business Development teams.

-Conducting market research and analyses for the company-owned retail chain store, Decorador, for the planned launch in the countries Poland and Turkey and preparing reports and presentations of these researches analyses'.-Conducting research and preparing reports specifically for possible launch scenarios in the Turkish market. -Preparing reports for the possible strategies that can be followed based on the research and analyses.-Assisting with the companies purchasing and sales activities of office equipment in the city. -Researching and analyzing competitor marketing and sales materials.
