• Full P&L responsibility for two companies under the web division – Ilisys and Smarty host• Total responsibility of building the strategic framework for the MYOB digital launch in 2013• Responsible for identifying key cloud services products , supplier negotiations and integrating these products to the MYOB digital portfolio for release in 2013• Responsible for integration of the web division products into the overall MYOB framework.• Responsible for drawing up the framework for reaching out effectively to the 1.2 million SMB customers across Australia through a partner enabler network.• Draw up the blueprint for partner engagement both as a wholesaler and a enabler of MYOB products specifically in the web developers and accountants industry vertical• Create the blueprint of effective customer engagement in 2013 through multiple levels of sales, service, business development, marketing and partner relations team.
