- Managed globally distributed cross-functional teams responsible for the quality, product delivery, and DevOps for StudyOptimizer product suite.- Delivered cross-product integration between clinical trial product suites allowing clinical organizations to identify, invite, and select top-performing sites and investigators for clinical studies.- Initiated and led the delivery of Enrollment Benchmarks, an industry-first data consortium for clinical recruitment data pooled from the study sponsor organizations.- Reduced consulting and administration costs by deploying and managing various enterprise tools for large-scale product development, including Defect Management, SVN, Test Case Management, SOPs, instrumentation, and application monitoring.

Leading team of 6 engineers responsible for the quality, and release of clinical trial patient enrollment SaaS product suite. As head of quality, my main tasks include requirement analysis, test strategizing, test planning, estimations, review, execution, and release. Being part of a startup company, I got the opportunity to work directly with customers to provide hands-on support and leverage our product suite to fit their business needs. Exploring open source tools that greatly improve product quality and speed up delivery.

Leading the implementation and delivery efforts for multiple projects by collaborating closely with onsite engineering, product teams, and business stakeholders. Interfaced with architects, technologists, product managers, developers, engineering program managers, and customer-facing teams to understand the need and align the team for the releases and deployment.

Development of 3D models of standard parts catalog from world top aero, ship, and automotive suppliers. The part catalog was integrated with the Pro/Engineer product suite to quickly find and add suitable parts to the large models. The experience allowed me to excel in my design and manufacturing skills in computer-aided design and manufacturing in the aero, shipping, and automobile industries.
