Experience in working End to End Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Scheduling Interviews, Negotiations, Offer follow-ups) ? Ownership of providing human capital in time as required by business and client. ? Analysing the requirement carefully and sourcing quality of profiles. ? Having experience in handling bulk requirements for generic skills and niche skills. ? Sourcing the profiles from different sources like job boards/portals & Employee referrals and Job advertisements. ? Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the shortlisted profiles and doing initial level of salary negotiation ? Getting the feedback from the technical team for all the candidatures and provide feedback to the candidate. ? Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. ? Building database for the Niche skill. ? Following up the candidate continuously and maintaining the good relationship with the candidates and getting them on board.
