I was working in capacity of chief designer for creation of learning based design covering exercises, like business simulations, Fit and Product Sims, illustration etc. present on the portal. I have designed the portal and corporate website. Print based marketing and proportional material.I was also engaged in teaching design tools and Photography to the UG and PG students at the Triburg Center for Learning.

Designed and developed interactive content for the clients of the company. Conducted the interviews for designers. Trained and mentored the design team on various aspects of visual design such as Color, illustration, visualization and layouting. Also actively took part in promoting the brand image of the company by designing marketing collateral, posters for English edge. Team trainings, and evaluations for all Designers.Contributed to the company's receiving the prestigious Brandon-Hall Award of Excellence.

Conceptualized and designed e-Learning projects by analyzing learner needs for ITpreneurs Pvt Ltd. Created visual design guidelines and interactive strategies. Enabled the operations teams to carry on production with minimal error and rework by developing interface design, interaction design guidelines, module prototypes, style guides and streamlined processes.Clients include, Pink Roccard, and 30 others partners, Immigration Dept Holland, Products: COBIT, ITSM elearning, Help Desk Analyst (HDA)The ITSM course won several prestigious awards

Designed and developed e-learning courses, Trained the client's team for mass production of the learning content using developed templates. I developed reusable templates and design standards. For several clients eg Gartner Group, powerbuilder, Azimuth. Did several photoshoots, Created multimedia presentations and animations.

Headed the Media division. I was resposible for the creatives developed for Apple Mac, and various Multimedia presentations for business and media houses.
