Anil is one of the founder-directors of Z-Aksys Solutions. He leads a strong dynamic team of experienced User Experience experts, Designers, Communications Specialists, and Technocrats to deliver meaningful solutions in the areas of User Experience, Communication, and Technology Consulting. Seven years on, Anil has built rewarding relationships with India’s leading corporates including several Tata Group companies, HDFC Bank, Angel Broking, JSW, Future Generali, Godrej Tyson among others. Anil has worked with some of the biggest conglomerates and has facilitated revolutionising their Digital Transformation process. Anil has also helped them in creating client acquisition journeys, mobile applications, corporate websites, digital magazines, customisation of CMS, business excellence application, enterprise planning software development, and e-stores, to name a few. Anil’s role at Z-Aksys includes driving business development, exploring strategic tie-ups, meeting with senior leadership teams to evaluate solutions that build their business, nurture product innovation and facilitate launches. He also takes leadership sessions with institutions like the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries on technology and business applications. In the internal environment, Anil is a popular guy, friendly and resourceful – always happy to help, understand the challenge at hand and discover new ways to solve a problem. Under Anil’s leadership, despite being a relatively young startup, Z-Aksys has notched up an impressive portfolio of projects. Keen to build the business, Anil is comfortable negotiating deals and bringing a consensus among external as well as internal stakeholders. With close to 20 years of experience in the digital arena, Anil has hands-on experience in various online business tools and models.
