• Initiated a purchasing plan of AED 23, 99,379 over capital budget and operating budget to enhance guest experience such as increasing the linen par, changing mattresses, and adding additional assets to existing guest.
• Introduced outsource Housekeeping for public area which helped in reducing AED 231,600 per anum in pay roll related expenses.
