★Being a Maintenance Engineer, this is my prime responsibilities to maintain equipment in Well & Goodworking condition and must reduce downtime, ★optimum cost and also to increase the equipment availability. ★I have to do Periodic & Routine maintenance ProactiveMaintenance, Predictive Maintenance (PDM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), to avoid anybreakdown.★ Maintain Good, Healthy & Working Environment for fruitful result in organization. ★Control & monitor functioning of all sites P & M activities & to be submit real time data to HOD /PM.★Responsible for Phasing Indent for Mobilization & Allocation of Equipment at sites.★Developing maintenance schedules and programs to ensure that correct maintenance schedules, ★methods and procedures are followed by P&M Team.Analysis of equipment failures & to take preventive / correctiveactions.★Advising cum Introducing of new equipment to senior authorities.★Responsible for analysing all MIS reports and submit comparative respect to chart showing P&M Productivity output.Responsible for maintaining data & history of all equipment deployed in all Regions of the Company.★Work comprises with Co-ordination with Execution team and provide the equipment on time for Maximum Utilization at minimum cost, Operation & Maintenance & MIS Reports. Maintaining minimum Inventory & Implement Company's Policies at sites & get feedback to ensure periodic & preventive maintenance of machineries.★Prime responsibilities are Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving
