As a CAD manager for building services, I was managing a team of 15 CAD technicians and organizing the work in an effective and efficient way. I was involved in resource planning for CAD technicians and assigning work on a priority basis. I was responsible for managing the quality of work, maintain standards as per project quality plan and timely delivery of all projects.
