Current1.Experience in Type testing of High Voltage and Medium Voltage cable2.Worked with 630mm 2 132 KV with cable accessories like JPS and BRUGG3.Experience in type testing with cable accessories JPS and BRUGG to get KEMA approval.4.Experience in High Volt testing Kit 600KV AC resonant system, 1.9MV Impulse system,Hypotronics Haffely 220 kV AC resonanat System, Dielec 120 KV AC resonant system, Power diagnostics ICM Partial discharge system and Dielec Partial Discharge System5. Conduct Electrical Tests like Partial Discharge, High Voltage AC and DC tests, High Current Heating test Tan Delta and impulse test applicable to standards IEC 60502-2, IEC 60840, NEMA, AS/NZS, IEC 60092-354.6.Water Penetration test for Cables7.Routine testing of manufactured High Voltage Cables, Medium Voltage Cables, Nuclear Medium Voltage Cables, Partial Discharge test HVAC, HVDC, Tan Delta test. Capacitance, 4U0 test, Conductor resistance test8.Sample test and type test of high voltage cables, Medium Voltage Cable, Low voltage cables and Nuclear Cables9.Interact with customers and conduct Factory acceptance tests during customer inspections10.Pre and Pro technical support to sales department11.Calibrating test equipment as per laid down procedures and maintain records 12.Detection of Fault locations of Cables using SEBA KMT fault locator and with equipment using TDR principles( Power diagnostic and Dialec) 13.Coordinating and conducting factory acceptance tests of High Voltage cable, Medium Voltage and LV Cables,Nuclear cables and rubber cables manufactured as per various International Standards.14.FAT report preparations of products as per various international product standards and agreed customer quality plan.15.Implementing 5S Activities
