To maintain recovery number as per target plan also build the strategies and tools for developing recovery models. Oversees day to day sales efforts of Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the marketing plan.Lead generation, strategic conversations, meetings, creds, follow ups, proposals, conversions and sales closures. Work with team who will deliver the products, but remain in the loop to ensure client objectives are met and use that to propel further conversationsDevelop and propose bi-annual business plans for the territory, focusing on quarterly and annual sales objectives in accordance with overall Sales and Marketing plans.Drive the team to locate new potential customers via prospecting, cold calling, and setting up appointments with key decision-makers.Follow up on new leads and referrals generated by Inside Sales or through marketing activities.Prepare price quotations, discounts, and custom requests at the customers' request.Attend conferences, trade shows, and seminars as required.Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell consultative and make recommendations to prospects and clients on solutions that best meet their research needs.Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segmentsAnalyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategiesCreate, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
