• Knowledge of versatile project items and domestic/international source, and experienced in vendor qualification.• Forecast procurement budget for scheduled purchases and secure financial allocations prior to processing requisitions. Capable of drafting commercial terms & conditions of RFQ & final purchase orders.• Set purchase department processes and procedures in alignment with company’s procurement policy and guidelines, and establish & streamline workflow to attain highest levels of productivity and efficiency.• Working experience in ERP (SAP – MM) environment for all procurement functions including user interface, status updates and reports, inventory tracking, high/low inventory alerts, cost history tracking, etc.• Maintain market awareness on global price trends & alternate sources; capitalize on opportunities to save cost.• Continually monitor vendor performance in terms of cost, delivery, rejections, etc., and initiate vendor reviews periodically for performance rating.
