HelloThanks for stopping by my page.My name is Anil and I am a passionate technology and management consulting professional who has been enjoying different facets of technology for the last 15 years.I started my journey as a computer engineering graduate, worked as a developer for a couple of years before enrolling in a post-graduate management program in Royal Holloway, University of London. Since then, I have been a continuous learner through different roles and consulting experiences at Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, Appirio (a Wipro company), and now at Horizontal Digital. These days, I am enjoying an exciting and challenging journey with Horizontal Digital. I am trying to build a technology consulting team and helping Horizontal Digital to grow its Salesforce consulting business.I like to build high-performing teams who enjoy working together, take pride in their work and are outcome-driven. My leadership style is to lead by example. I never ask my team members to do something which I am not prepared to do myself. I dream about giving a TEDx talk and, continuously trying to make my communications better and effective. And, I am deeply interested in growing Jaipur IT ecosystem in any way I can. My only ambition is to continuously try achieving a better way of life for myself, family, friends, colleagues and everyone I interact with.
