Card system application Project Objective: This project will provide for existing card products (Platinum, Premier and Business Debit) to be migrated on to new BIN (Bank Identification Number) and for the main Connect products to be issued on a second pair of BINs. This is required because the Connect debit BINs (453978/9) will run out of cardholder sequence numbers by 3Q 2006.This development will deliver a cost effective flexible solution to enable the bank to introduce new card products with the only requirement being to amend reference data.
