• Full life cycle of recruitment.• Using all avenues to seek the right candidates like job portals (DICE, MONSTER, CAREER BUILDER, etc), candidate references, working with vendors, and also building and maintaining good relationship with corporations and candidates as well as internal data bases. • Developing a list of transferable H1B resources – Marketing the resume through different Web Sources and making closures.• Also Resourcing resume via Yahoo, Google Groups, Free resume portals.• Responsible for revising/editing job descriptions for job boards, i.e. Monster.com, Dice.com to better attract specific types of candidates. • Work with clients to help identify job specifics to narrow search criteria and increase success rate for candidate searches. • Interview new and prospective candidates, working with them to modify and revise resumes when necessary, and creating specific job submittals for clients. • Coordinating interview scheduling with the candidates and the hiring managers. • Working out necessary details to ensure successful interviews and hires. • Responsible for details involved with closing a candidate for a position. Includes follow-up with clients and candidates, negotiating bill rates, direct labor rates, start dates, hiring candidates and any necessary training and job orientation. • On-going relationship building with all types of candidates to expand individual applicant database for future positions.• Successfully recruited new H1B and H1B transfer candidates.
