Current- Respond to IT systems support requests from clients- Troubleshoot system level issues with various versions of Applied Enterprise Solutions like TAM, EPIC and DORIS (insurance agency management software)- Conduct system performance assessment, compatibility checks, network assessment and system troubleshooting via remote support- Respond to direct client service calls and extend support over live chat sessions- Contact clients on outstanding system level troubleshooting… Show more - Respond to IT systems support requests from clients- Troubleshoot system level issues with various versions of Applied Enterprise Solutions like TAM, EPIC and DORIS (insurance agency management software)- Conduct system performance assessment, compatibility checks, network assessment and system troubleshooting via remote support- Respond to direct client service calls and extend support over live chat sessions- Contact clients on outstanding system level troubleshooting requests and extend remote support- Liaison between company administrator and IT staff and work with them to resolve system related issues with Applied products- Maintain a high level of technical support and ensure client satisfaction- Understand client needs and ensure a timely resolution of system related issues (eg; product compatibility issues)- Work with other Interface, Integration and General IT departments to resolve system level issues with the software platforms- Collect and store information using Sales-force and liaison between integrations and application development teams- Work with Windows Server 2008, 2016, 2018 platforms- Work with Windows OS services, Registry, AD, Network and Network related protocols to resolve complex system compatibility related issues between client workstations and our software platforms Show less
