Maybe it's a mixed bag of (Agency + film + Audio )studio, but I love it for the very reason and also because when a project comes in, with having only limited constraints of our own - there are a lot more possibilities to look into.Here at Creative Rascals, We do projects that often need distinct domain expertise but we pull it off with a fairly small and skilled team (Inhouse + Collaborations) who work towards doing it with grace for it to become more of shared experience across all ends.
