Second phase of Engineering Leadership Programme training at Alumina Refinery Plant, Renukoot (0.72 MTPA Refinery Plant commissioned in 1962)Detailed technical training on Alumina Refinery process (Bayer's Process) and mechanical, electrical and general plant maintenance processes and procedures being followed and carried out at Hindalco across units and subsidiaries.

First stint of Engineering Leadership Programme Training at Hindalco Industries Limited- Renukoot unit, one of the world's oldest integrated aluminium plant. Gained diversified experience starting from plant visits viz. Alumina, Smelter and Fabrication plants. Also visited Kathautia coal mines at Jharkhand and Birla Copper Unit at Dahej, Gujarat during training to get an overview of the overall business of Hindalco.

Responsible for designing, modelling, simulation and validation of electric powertrain and drivetrain of a Formula 3 prototype vehicle. Emphasised on motor, motor controller, torque vectoring system, regenerative braking system, gearbox and cooling systems.

Responsible for procurement of EV Powertrain and drivetrain components - Cells, accumulator casing material, motor, motor controller, on board charger, wall mounted charge box, drivetrain components for the next F3 Prototype vehicle.Procurement of HV tools and PPEs for safety of teammates.

Successfully secured assistance and sponsorship from reputed organizations across the country. Negotiated with various companies to secure sponsorship and to establish partnership. Prepared Sponsorship brochures, presentations and other relevant documents.Managed all financial documents and budget of the team.

Junior member in the department in early days. Assisted senior members in designing of components technical documentation viz. FMEA, Engineering Design Presentation and supporting document. Gained hands on experience in assembling and disassembling a Formula 3 vehicle, closely observed welding process being carried out by senior members, learnt grinding job.

Managed the financial statements (balance sheets and cash outflows). Prepared documents such as zero based costing sheets, break even analysis, etc for Ventus 6. Prepared Sponsorship brochure for Ventus 6. Prepared a Pitch deck, budget report, and relevant documents and presented the same to Formula Bharat 2021 business judges.

Introduced to all the sub systems and components vis-a-vis Formula 3 combustion vehicle - Engine and Transmission, Chassis and Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics (Suspension and Steering) and Brakes and Tyres. Got to know how a team works, got insights into the financial management and sponsorship related activities being carried out by the team.Interacted with the leads and Captain of the team. Closely observed various components of dismantled Formula 3 vehicle.

Summer Mechanical Intern at Hirakud Hydro Electric Project, Odisha Hydro Power Corporation. Interned at Generation division.

Interned at Central Workshop (X), Talcher, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (a miniratna subsidiary of CIL).Closely observed the functioning of Central Workshop viz. Maintenance and overhauling of Engines and transmissions used in HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machines) such as Draglines, excavators, dumpers, cranes, shovels, etc and components used in RLS (Rapid Loading System).Got introduced to the implementation and usefulness of supporting departments like Planning, Inventory management, Quality control and procurement process of HEMM spare parts.
