Depending on where in the organization, I work on the creation of Order Documentation (drafting/SOW), H/W Quotation, License Assignments and Migrations as defined by regional and organizational guidelines. Point of contact • for deals meeting defined criteria for Deal engagement. • to engage, in certain circumstances, with multiple internal stakeholders (local deal management teams, legal, rev rec, quoting) in support of deals that meet the defined regional criteria for Deal. • to assist sales in identifying and correcting language approval issues for standard options and the relevant approval paths. • to make and adhere to the agreed rules of engagement between Oracle Legal and Deal Management.• to provide deal support beyond the boundaries of a region or country.• Work along with Revenue Recognition team to deliver & explain Non-standard exceptions given in Deal(s).

 Review SOWs and confirm that SOWs contain the required service content in accordance with requisitioner needs. Draft, edit and negotiate MSP’s & SOWs, & Amendments. Draft communications, sourcing related materials, contracts, and other documents as necessary Coordinate components of the sourcing process, complete logistics and collaborate on cross functional reviews with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Risk Management, and internal clients throughout the sourcing and contracting process for low to medium complexity sourcing initiatives. Negotiations & Reviews on Agreements, Acquired Agreements, Contracts, & on EULA Licenses, Shrink Wrap Licenses for & of S/W Products. Preparing Frozen & Waiver letters on need basis for Shrink-Wrap Licenses (Package S/w) for small cap. Plays key-role for 1 of the ongoing project to ensure IBM’s S/W spend is down To make sure S/W expenditure buy-spend to be minimized.(no targets set) Audits on ordered PO’s spend on commercial s/w, vendor selection to make globally IBM as compliant. To make sure, Freeware s/w to be complaint with Legal & Security reviews to be used commercially within IBM.

 Plays key-role for a Global Process Services Client who is based in the US. Work includes Compliance Testing, Metrics & Measurements & driving Process efficiencies of Order-X & CAC Teams all over the Globe which includes EMEA, APAC, NA, Canada, Puerto Rico regions. Responsible for ensuring that the key processes are operating in accordance with applicable IBM guidelines and maintains a sound Business Controls posture at all times by identifying as well as addressing any key control exposures.  Reports to the Global Business Controls – Lead and has to coordinate and monitor all activities concerning Monthly Compliance Testing, Sarbanes Oxley Testing and reporting, Audit preparation, Separation of Duties, Workplace / Workstation audits etc. Responsible for the weekly, monthly reporting of Global measurements to all Manager, Clients and Executive teams. Includes direct interaction with other Procurement Center / Global Business Controls teams. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. Reports to Project Executive & Delivery Project Executive & Asia Lead – SCM, Global Business Controls – Lead.

 Oversees the efficient processing of all customs documentation. Verify purchase order and invoice status. Responsible for raising tickets and escalating issues to the procurement team. Handles high call volume with tact and professionalism. Works parallel with A/P team to resolve issues pertaining to invoice blockage. Trainer for e-Buy which is the client's portal on intranet which goes for SCM activities. Front-end user of SAP and CRM and trainer of clients for back-end system..
