Crafting delightful content-led experiences is both my passion and expertise. For 7 years, I channelled this passion at Magic Crate to bring thoughtfully designed fun and educational activities + learning experiences to children every month. As I built, scaled and led a young design team, I thrived on shaping the larger story and vision of interactive learning for kids. We reached over 1 lakh customers with Magic Crate's innovative products.Earlier, I was at the helm of Gween Toys where I not only led the design for better, safer & greener toys; but also tackled the challenges of launching a new eco-friendly toy business in India and abroad.Currently, I am working with Bibli – a foundational literacy solution provider founded and led by TFI alumni. My role spans all things design for this fledgling brand – UX, Game Design, Branding, Content Design Direction, Marketing. We have recently launched the app developed with a very lean team and limited resources by leveraging AI and are currently marketing in a B2B model.The series of startup experiences have helped me steadily gain and master several key skills for design leadership, strengthening my core skill of being a 0-1 brand builder. I have a strong track record for methodical execution to the last mile and detail. My extensive work at the intersection of play and learn equips me with insights into what makes learning a fun, meaningful & self-motivated journey. I enjoy blending these insights with technology, data and trends to drive user-centric design and growth.With an open mindset of a learner, I find design to be a quest full of continuous experiments where we push the bar to add value and create impact.
