• Executed and oversaw all phases of project management for the ‘Pencerah Nusantara' (translation: Lights of the Archipelago) program, recruited and trained 200+ health professionals to strengthen the primary healthcare delivery in Indonesia, and improved maternal health and nutrition status in all 16 program locations.• Successfully advocated Pencerah Nusantara's project methodology and results, leading to the adoption of the program by the government in 2015 and scaled up as a national priority health program in 2000+ primary healthcare centres.• Built internal capacity for project acquisition, and developed team's skills on strategic planning, proposal writing, budget formulation, and reporting in flawless English, which gained successful partnership among others with: the Indonesian Ministry of Health, WHO, Bloomberg Philanthropies, HIVOS, Oxfam, Stop TB Partnership Global, GE Healthcare, UIC at Chicago, and CISCO International. • Conducted preliminary researches and scoping studies for a variety of companies and organisations to provide insight on Indonesia’ health system and health policies., including consultations for Bloomberg Philanthropies, Stop TB Partnership Indonesia, GE Healthcare, Baxter, and Jon Snow Inc.• Partnered with the EAT Foundation and Ministry of Health to host the first Asia Pacific Food Forum in 2017, a regional high-level forum on sustainable food systems, and developed the national research priority setting on nutrition and food systems.• Substantially widened CISDI's network by engaging 150+ NGOs, communities, academic organisations, and government entities (including the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finances, and the National Development Planning Agency) through the span of 4 years, to become partners for a variety of programs.

• Provided strategic consultancy for UNFPA Indonesia on the SDGs processes at the national level.• Conceptualised and wrote a policy brief on sexual and reproductive health and rights priority issues in Indonesia, in the context of the Post-2015 Development Agenda.• Presented health policy recommendations at a roundtable event attended by key stakeholders, including government entities, representatives from international development agencies, civil society organisations, and academicians.

• Provided analysis for the national SDGs recommendation formulation, through the Open Working Group on SDGs at the UN HQ• Served as liaison between the government and civil society organisations to ensure smooth formulation for recommendations for the national SDGs plan.• Managed, along with the Deputy Special Envoy, a total grant of USD 1,3 M from international aid agencies and philanthropy organisations to conduct health programs to increase the MDGs attainment in Indonesia• Developed and implemented the Millennium Development Goals Partnership Mapping online platform, MDGs Partnership Mapping that gathered and promoted more than 400 best practices to attain the MDGs from civil society organisations, the private sector, academicians, and youth groups in Indonesia.
