I’ve been working as Senior Customer Support for 4+ years possessing a BA in Tourism Studies. I managed to establish my own NGO @womentourism.id and my small business @jogjamu.id since 2019. Since I am a Senior Customer Support, I was entrusted to train 90+ apprenticeships and execute 8 learning materials at Influx (e.g. customer support introduction, group exercise, client explanation & policy, group practice discussions, help desk overview, etc). Moreover, I received 4 verdicts as High Performance Agent, managed to handle 100+ tickets/day for e-commerce & SAAS clients.I continued to create passion projects at my own pace such as sharing knowledge about gender equality especially in tourism, how to become resilient with my own business and writing several research papers in women empowerment, women in SMEs, and gender rights in tourism. Interestingly enough, during these past 3 years, I managed 20+ training, offline projects, and webinars, just to release my creative ideas to the NGO I co-founded.
