Joined Landmark Group (a flat band organization with an annual turnover of more than 2 Billion US$) as a Country HR Head covering Oman operations and moved to Corporate HR as a Second-line Generalist for the entire Gulf Operation. Responsible for overseeing all HR processes, systems and functions for the Group across Saudi Arabia; Oman; UAE; Qatar; Kuwait; Bahrain and Jordan having more than 15000 employees. Implemented Oracle ERP HRMS For the entire GCC and Jordan.Partner to the Middle East Management team on all HR matters.
