I am a Senior Manager at Janaagraha, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in India's cities. With over 10 years of experience in public policy, program management, and organization development, I lead reformative efforts to fortify the capacities of state and city governments to deliver better urban services. My current focus is on Odisha, where I guide a team of eight change-makers in implementing a competency-based human resource management system and process re-engineering within government ecosystems. This initiative covers more than 8,000 personnel across 114 urban local bodies. I also advocate for shared municipal service models across India, developing playbooks and scaling successful pilots.
