For halvannet år siden fikk jeg og min med-gründer Cathrine Larsåsen en idé om en tjeneste vi hadde lyst på. En ting vi kunne trengt for å gjøre hverdagen litt enklere. Vi oppdaget til vår store overraskelse at dette ikke fantes. Der startet gründerreisen vår. I November lanserer vi tjenesten vi har drømt om, som vil løse noen av de små irriterende hverdagsproblemene.

I was in charge of Scope Creative Lab, a masterclass program designed to empower emerging artists with unparalleled industry expertise. Scope Creative Lab brought together top professionals from across the region, creating a platform that fostered talent, innovation, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:1. Program Development: I was responsible for designing and curating the masterclass program, ensuring it covered a broad spectrum of industry-related topics, providing aspiring artists with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.2. Mentorship Coordination: I personally managed the recruitment and selection of industry-leading mentors, drawing from a network of renowned professionals from Scandinavia's music and entertainment sectors.3. Panel Moderation: I had the privilege of moderating panel discussions, fostering insightful conversations and providing a platform for artists and mentors to share experiences and insights.4. Talent Scouting: Identifying promising talent. I scouted emerging artists, evaluated their potential, and put together a diverse group of talent. I also worked with project management for artists that Scope already worked with. Notably, I collaborated with artists like Meland and Hauken, and helped secure a record deal with Universal Music Japan, and an international distribution deal with Universal Norway. I engaged in Artist and Repertoire (A&R) work, co-wrote songs, and helped with building the PR-strategy.
