We founded Fort Light to help passionate people connect more deeply and work better together. We did this through a combination of deep-dive 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs focused on skill-building, and transformative long-form retreats. I founded my own coaching practice to work exclusively with startup founders, executives and leadership teams. I worked with startups that were on a high-growth, VC-funded track---a few of my individual clients were pre-funding, but most had raised at least a seed round or Series A. My group clients were larger companies that had typically raised a Series B and beyond. I coached my clients on topics related to leadership and team dynamics including: feedback, emotion regulation, resilience, conflict, effective communication, accountability, decision-making, dealing with ambiguity and managing diverse teams.
