I was teaching maths and English to secondary and higher secondary students. After completing B.ed i was involved in the capacity building of local teachers through workshops and mentoring.

I was involved in a project about women right awareness, sponcered by EU. Keser welfare was jointly working with Baltistan health and Education foundation. This project was a unique project, which really was very helpful in raising awareness among the mass of baltistan about women rights. It was an evening time job starting from 2 to 8 pm.We not only raised awareness among females of the population, but being the project manger I initiated an activity to work with mail. Because to sensitize male about women rights were more important. The another aspect was to ensure how the elected peoples can support females. So there were dialogues with the politicians and with beaurocrates.

The key responsibilities were to mobilize the women at grass root level. To explore different projects and to prepare proposals for those projects which in turn can reduce the workload on women. To raise awareness among the mass of Baltistan about gender equity and to look for possibilities to streamline it.to prepare reports about different projects going on.To facilitates the donors in visiting the areas where they have donated.And to give presentations.
