End-to-end vendor management (empanelment, business volumes, MIS, invoicing, controls etc.) Currently managing the Axis Bank-Shoppers Stop co-branded credit card portfolio in the East region. Leading and managing performance of a team of around 15 executives and Team Leaders to deliver the plan business numbers. Delivering the monthly business plans through quality acquisitions along with maintaining all the aspects of controls and compliance, performance analysis and successful audit reviews by the bank. Key deliverable parameters - No. of cards booked, approval rates, activation rates, FTR (First Time Right) %, resolution of customer queries/escalations within pre-defined TAT.

 Managed acquisition of Credit cards, Personal Loans and Premium Savings Account (Initial Cheque Value - 2 lacs INR). Target segment - Corporates and Affluent/Emerging affluent customers.  Also managed acquisition of Mortgage/Home Loans catering to the affluent segment customers.  Delivering the monthly business plans through quality acquisitions along with maintaining all the aspects of controls and compliance.

 Responsible for managing the distribution and sales of Tata Docomo and Virgin Mobile brands through various channel partners. Meeting business targets through effective team management and innovative merchandising and other promotional activities. Responsible for execution of strategies to expand the market base and create month-on-month revenue growth for the company.

 Handling a portfolio of edible oil products (Nature Fresh and Gemini brands).  Responsible for managing team and developing plans for enlarging the core market base of the company in the assigned territory.  Meeting dealers and A-Class retail outlet owners for sales promotion and generating new business in the form of appointing new dealers and sales personnel.  Evaluating performance of team members and dealers by monitoring their activities through secondary (to end-customers) sales analysis.
