I currently serve on the PwC Human Capital Leadership team, where I lead the people’s agenda for the India Tax and Regulatory Services practice, overseeing a dynamic team of 3,500+ tax professionals who tackle complex business challenges. This is my second tenure with PwC. Before rejoining PwC, I was the Chief People Officer at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS), a prominent full-service law firm with a strong presence across multiple Indian cities. With over two decades of HR experience, I've had the opportunity to work with some of the most esteemed organizations, including other Big 4 firms like Ernst and Young, Deloitte, and TCG Digital.What distinguishes me is my extensive and varied experience in human resources, gained through working with diverse organizational structures. I've had the privilege of working in large multinational corporations with a global footprint as well as in founder-led organizations, which has significantly enriched my growth as an HR leader. In multinationals, I immersed myself in global best practices and methodologies, while in founder-led settings, I applied these practices in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, gaining a deep understanding of the transformative power of culture and mindset.In addition to my organizational role, I am an active contributor to the field of human resources. I frequently speak at academic and industry HR forums and contribute articles to esteemed publications like Business World, Times Jobs, People Matters, and Human Capital, where I analyze case studies and explore HR-related topics.
