It caters to both domestic and international students. Most of the graduates secure a job or start their own establishment as they are job ready at the time of their graduation. Quality of training is the main focus for The Centre of Excellence.As the CEO of the organisation, I am responsible for maintaining compliance, operational aspects, marketing and business development.

Duties include:Conducting training sessions to the trainees as per the guidelines of the course structure. Adjusting the sessions plans and delivery structure as and when required.Coordinating the day to day activities of the campus and liaising with the CEO as and when required. Providing inputs for the marketing of the RTO and its courses to the Management Team.Tailoring the individual module according to the clients but within the AQTF guidelines and National Training Package. Planning preparing and delivering of all training and assessment activities for the Diploma of Business program.Assessing the trainees for competence based on assessment tools like projects, class activities, role plays, group discussions and others.Coordinating and implementing course progress policy in the Institute and liaising with staff members and senior management.

Duties include:Full responsibility for the student administrative matters relating to course enquiry, student services and campus management. Facilitate, guide and oversee the administrative staff members to perform their job as per the requirement of compliance.Monitoring of student attendance every fortnight and liaising with the Academics to undertake necessary steps as per guideline of ESOS and DEEWR.Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve the quality of service throughout student enrollment and admission process and follow up with the student experience during their study.Responsible for local marketing campaigns, attending education expo and liaising with agents and students for required documentation supporting their enrolment application process.Deal with initial student enquiries in relation to all aspects of student administration such as enrolment, suspension, complaints, withdrawal and refunds.Conducting research in conjunction with direction from CEO in related areas of industry and maintaining records of such research. Preparing presentations, memos and recommendations based on the research for the executive management team.Using the tools like Bcas management system and MS office, I am responsible for analyzing data, study the competitor's activity, collect data and prepare the relevant report. Responsible for continuous improvement in relation to the RTO policies and procedures to remain compliant at all times.

Duties performed:Carried out market research within Australia and in the sub continent by interacting with education agents, immigration consultants, registered training organizations, staff members of CIC, prospective and current students, Australian High Commission, Department of Immigration and Citizenship, education consultants and media.Reviewed and revised relevant information to create marketing plans and adjust the existing ones accordingly. This plan was officially incorporated in the marketing manual of the college. Developed marketing strategies along with the sub continent marketing team. The market share in North India and West India increased by 55%.The market share in South India increased by 75%.The market share in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka went up by 28% and 22% respectively.Led the sub continent marketing team as per the guidelines laid down in the Education Services for Overseas Students Act and the National Code including specific information about the international education industry in Australia. Worked closely with the national compliance manager of CIC to develop the policy and procedure relating to the marketing department in line with the Australian Qualification Training Framework, Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority and the National Code. Have a thorough knowledge of the ESOS Act and the Student Assurance Scheme for international students. Supervised projects within budget and created promotional marketing materials including the production of advertisement, posters, flyers, corporate presentation, agent information pack and representation certificate, banners etc. Maintained continuous liaison with agents in Australia and overseas. Presented CIC at promotional fairs, seminars and also conducted presentations at various locations.
