Define the recruitment best practices for the company. • Setup RPO or recruitment process outsourcing model.• Doing account management with the client.• Currently handling a team of 10 Recruiters. Working closely with the team to maximize closures of requirements (SLA / Target oriented).• Generating the cost for the company as an individual as well as for the team and achieve the target / SLA individually monthly and quarterly.• P&L management, revenue management, and costing. • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.• Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement. • Giving training to the technical recruiter for the client for RPO model. • Handling 5 accounts for USA client. • Gathering the requirements for client / Implementer Company and submitting valid candidates within time.• Validate the candidate through interview and QA• Working with all kind of Security Clearance IT requirements i.e. DOD, DOE, Top Secret, Polygraph (Full Scope / Lifestyle /CI)• Responsible for marketing all bench candidates like – H1B, EAD, CPT/ OPT and US Citizen. • Find new client through business development activity. • Solid domain knowledge in ERP (Oracle / SAP / Peoplesoft etc) Recruitment.• Having knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Apps functional and technical.• Good knowledge of the functionality of Oracle project. • Reporting and analysis and people Management.
