• Responsible for meeting the Safety, Quality and Productivity targets of the production line which annually produces 0.45 million metric tons of galvanized cold rolled coils and directly supplies to a large customer base which includes Toyota, Nissan, Maruti, Ford and the Government of India.• Planning consumable inventories, ensuring customer desired quality, carrying out job cycle checks, conceptualizing and executing inter-departmental and cross-functional improvement projects, planning monthly production strategies and managing a team of 70 members comprising operators, assistant managers and contract labourers• Part of team that worked on improving Cold Rolled gross yield at Continuous Galvanizing Line #2 (following DMAIC methodology) which resulted in an annual recurring savings of Rs. 2.81 Cr

• Successfully completed management courses conducted by Tata Management Development Centre and leadership courses conducted by Tata Steel Adventure Foundation• Was awarded the certificate of merit for securing 1st rank in Metallurgy discipline of Management Training (Technical) at Tata Steel
