Before starting my journey 10yrs ago into mentoring, coaching and public speaking, I was in the corporate world for close to 11 yrs. I chose mentoring for Budding Coaches as my niche because I, as a Budding Coach, was struggling with the basics of business building due to its perceived complexity and came to know it all comes down to 4 simple steps. When I started working on these steps for myself and taking my business to next level, I realised, there are many coaches who are facing the similar challenges & they get stuck at not being able to take actions because of not getting the right guidance and clarity.It took me 7yrs plus, to figure out the effective ways of doing things and fixing issues in my business which helped to speed up my journey. I'm helping budding coaches with the same knowledge.And while doing it I realised that Public Speaking is an integral part of coaching. Its inseparable. And using my experience of being on stage, I started coaching on Public Speaking as well.Also, been Master of Ceremony and hosted events of 50 to 2000 people.
