In August 2009 I took over the responsibilities of a Team Lead. In a matter of a few months, I was leading 2 teams located offshore and onshore and responsible for 7 systems at Orange. Over the past 1 year I have successfully managed operations of all in-scope systems exceeding Client expectations. I have also managed the delivery and operational acceptance of a new platform for EE which had been under delays and under tremendous business pressure. During the same period the scope of my work also extended to 7 new systems and I was representing a team of above 200 people at offshore by middle of 2008.
