Work responsibilities include Contract management, Strategic sourcing of raw materials and Procurement of revenue/ capital equipment through Tendering/ Bidding procedures.

Works included monitoring progress of ongoing projects & coordination between project active plants, equipment manufacturers/ suppliers & contractors for time-bound implementation ;Identifying & shortlisting of potential suppliers, RFQ, evaluation and subsequent release of orders on equipment manufacturers/ Suppliers, for project active plants, as per approved designs & specifications ;Coordination for the timely supply of equipment at the project site based on project schedule ;Visiting project active cement plants periodically and assisting in monitoring/ implementation of new projects.

Pursued a summer internship project at ITC, Hyderabad on the Analysis & Evaluation of their stockist network for OFMCG businesses on various TM&D and Sales Metrics. Recommended the ideal stockist model in order to drive TM&D Performance & Business Growth.
