Worked on "Synthesis and Evaluation of Nanocomposite foams" with the possible application of cold thermal insulation in the cryogenic stage of GSLV Mark III launch vehicle of ISRO. I worked in close coordination with scientists at the Applications Development Division (APD) of Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, ISRO. The APD is engaged in the development of speciality polymers and resins, which are produced in-house, for space exploration applications. I gained hands-on experience in working with nanoparticles and polymer foams and operating some state of the art equipments.

Project lead for a social initiative project to electrify a village in India using solar power. This village, located in the reserve forests in the interiors of Wayanad district in Kerala, did not have access to electricity unti then (2012!) owing to its topographical disadvantages.
