▪ Managing the operation of security projects and maintenance: Access Control Systems (A.C.S.), CCTV Surveillance Systems, Security, and Monitoring Systems.▪ Supervise, assist, and carry out the installation of above systems when needed.▪ Assist in preparing the requirements and ensuring the fulfillment of maintenance contracts.▪ Coordinating, managing the workings of various departments under responsibility.▪ Controlling projects so to keep it on track by measuring its progress status toward meeting objectives, eventually determining the cause of deviations from the plan, taking corrective actions to address deviations. ▪ Preparing evacuation plans for clients.

Meet and negotiate with suppliers’ terms of contracts, and maintain a mutual benefit business. • Ensure suppliers' deliveries, stock levels, stock control and proper ordering. • Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and sourcing new ones for future products. • Develop strategies such as space allocation, new product introduction, promotions, pricing and displays. • Communicate with other business functions such as Operations, Logistics, Finance and Marketing. • Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures, in addition to maintain company standards.

Managing sales of the company’s products and services• Ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel • Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.• Supervising sales staff.

• Establishing business plans for the retail banking, implementing sales strategies, and present-ing periodical reports on the sales results.• Managing the sales team (Personal/Car and Housing loan units)• Coaching and updating branches with new products sales techniques & product’s knowledge by visiting their premises.
