Key Responsibilities:-> Overall Technical Responsibility for 2G and 3G Project Execution.-> Define an end-to-end integration strategy & coordinates involvement of integration teams, and validates the global integration plan. -> Manages the implementation of all technical aspects of customer project, in terms of feature content, delivery date and quality of the technical solution, from offer preparation through deployment activities and customer acceptance.-> Plans, organizes and pilots the customer technical project in the framework of the Contract Implementation Process (CIP).-> Coordinates Tech support activities with other ALU departments.-> Manages technical resources engagement to achieve project target plans in a cost efficient way.-> Manages risk analysis, evaluation and mitigation strategies.-> Customer prime interface for all the technical aspects of the solution and manages the day-to-day relationship with customer.-> Active contributor of Alcatel-Lucent products/solution introduction, evolution and roadmap.-> Presales Engagement - Supporting sales, bids and proposals teams with scope, technical solution and scheduling inputs. - Seek and develop Upscopes and new business opportunities based on existing customer experience. - Customize the Technical Solution to improve the project margins.
