I joined the Hardware world in 2011 and since February 2017, I have been helping start-uppers and industrial companies design, prototype, and launch or improve their Hardware Products.💼 I have been leading my team of passionate engineers throughout the product development process for the last seven years, in an epic entrepreneurial journey within my own company MakerLab, which is a Tech-Space and Incubator for Hardware Product Development.⚡ Today I'm at the helm of my startup, founded in 2020, specializing in Rapid Prototyping, Hardware Product Design, and industrial machine development. As the founder and manager, I oversee every aspect of our operations, from conceptualization to final production. With a relentless pursuit of excellence, we strive to deliver solutions that exceed expectations and drive meaningful impact in the industry.The activities that I perform on a daily basis during my current job cover the entire chain of custom Hardware Product Development Process from technical and management sides:🔵 Prospecting clients, understanding their needs, feasibility study, and Specification writing.🔵 Project costing, planning, system architecture design, proposal writing, and negotiation.🔵 Project management, I closely follow the development phases with the mechanical, electronic, and embedded system teams and coordinate sub-system integration.🔵 Report the advancement of the team and validate the design with clients.🔵 Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors during the supply and prototyping/manufacturing phases to ensure quality required by the client.🔵 Supervise the testing phase before delivering the product/prototype.Want to know more?
