Currently studying at The University of Salford to acquire my Bachelor's degree in Business with Human Resource Management. I'm aiming to make a positive impact to workplaces by promoting an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment whilst prioritising employee wellbeing. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in key HR functions, including all stages of the employee life cycle, and has deepend my understanding of the value that HR adds to an organisation.
