Sapphire Anywhere is a comprehensive managed hosting service delivered via a Private Cloud in the UK and an AWS hosting service for USA customers. Responsible for planning, overseeing and driving through the various aspects of on-boarding new and existing clients onto the SapphireAnywhere estate.

Directing and managing multiple ERP and FMS application project implementations for both on-premise and within Sapphire's hosted Cloud environment, Sapphire Anywhere concurrently, ensuring that the solutions are resilient, fit for purpose and supportable. - Communicating with clients throughout the duration of the project, managing client expectations, and the project team to ensure a successful outcome for both. - Establishing detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports. - Convey and report project status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders. - Solving complex, inter-related problems at a strategic level. - Mitigating risks, managing requirements, and working with project stakeholders while managing expectations at the department and project levels.- Full project life-cycle experience from quotation right through to implementation.- An in-depth understanding of operational policies, processes and methodologies.- Resolving operational and technical issues before they get out of control.- Delivering projects within timescales and budgets.Ability to manage people across different geographic locations, andcultures.

Project Manager for the CRM implementation within Microsoft Dynamics CRM that enabled the organisation to carry out core end-to-end casework process in an efficient and streamlined manner, enabling investigators to resolve cases quickly and effectively. The solution allowed the FinancialOmbudsman Service to move over to a new platform that would help deliver value to its customers through the delivery of capabilities such as the core casework flow, contact management and direct integration with systems outside of CRM.Project budget for this work was £12.5m which was a significant piece in the Technology Transformation Programme.
