Compliance and Enforcement Department1. Conduct substantial desk research and prepare necessary documents to confirm on the location of potential liable employer prior inspection exercise.2. Assist in conducting physical inspection/visit to the potential liable employer’s premises around peninsular Malaysia for possible offences related to registration of employers under Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (“Act”).3. Assist in conducting levy payment verification for possible under-declaration and offences under the Act.4. Proactively engage and communicate with the employers on registration with HRD Corp to ensure their compliance with the Act.
