I am the founder of Transforma bxl, a coworking and innovation space in Brussels, and the co-founder of Synups, a wellbeing coaching service, and Zendare, a wellbeing app. Additionally, I co-founded the Intrapreneurship Conference, now known as Innov8rs, which is the premier global gathering for Intrapreneurs, corporate entrepreneurs, innovation managers, and experts in the field.My international career has spanned Tunisia, Turkey, Spain, and Canada, culminating in Brussels where I co-founded BottomUp Innovation to assist organizations in fostering innovation from the ground up, utilizing principles of Intrapreneurship, open innovation, New Ways of Working (NWOW), and crowdsourcing. Our mission is to unlock the innovative potential of employees, resulting in increased engagement, fulfillment, and happiness in the workplace.During my student years, I was an active member of AIESEC for six years, a period that profoundly influenced my development. This experience not only honed my leadership skills but also instilled in me a commitment to personal fulfillment in the workplace.I am fluent in six languages: Arabic (classical and various dialects), French, English, Italian, and Spanish, with an intermediate proficiency in Dutch. My linguistic abilities, coupled with international experiences and training in intercultural communication techniques, have equipped me with the cultural sensitivity essential for effective communication in diverse environments.Presently, my passion is centered on longevity which led me to get certified as a Personal Trainer and as a Nutrition Coach. I coach at Synups, which is a functional fitness studio that we built within our coworking space transforma, in Brussels (Evere)
